4. Service Enquiries
CLOWNHAUS® service enquiries may relate to cosmetic consulting, formulation support, research and development support, documentation support, regulatory support, claims support, label review, product intelligence, GMP / ISO 22716 readiness support, technical training, troubleshooting, benchmarking, or related advisory work.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a client relationship, a professional advisory relationship, a confidentiality obligation, or a service engagement.
Paid consultations and professional services are governed by the separate Service Terms for cosmetic consulting services, together with any applicable NDA, quotation, invoice, proposal, written scope of work, service brief, project plan, or other written agreement issued or accepted by CLOWNHAUS®.
5. Payments and VAT
CLOWNHAUS® may issue invoices for approved consultations, services, projects, or other agreed work.
As at the effective date of this Contact Information page, CLOWNHAUS® is not VAT registered unless expressly stated otherwise on an invoice.
Payment details, banking details, fees, due dates, and payment terms will be provided in the relevant invoice, quotation, proposal, or written agreement.
